Peculiar Youth Sports Scholarship Fund
The Peculiar Parks Foundation is dedicated to making sure every child has the opportunity to participate in local sports programs.
Youth sports programs benefit the health, social skills and development of our children and help build a strong foundation for them to grow on.
Youth Sports Scholarship Application
At the Peculiar Parks Foundation, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to experience the friendships, confidence, and life lessons that come through youth sports. Our Youth Sports Scholarship Program was created to help families facing financial challenges so that cost doesn’t become a barrier to participation.
If your family needs a helping hand, we encourage you to apply. Every application is reviewed with care, respect, and confidentiality.
Disc Golf and Raisbeck Improvements
Sports have officially moved to Dunsworth Park and plans for the new Disc Golf Course at Raisbeck are underway. Installation is expected to begin soon! We want to help with making the course as unique as Peculiar deserves. We will be adding features, beautifying the course and park with decorations, and hopefully adding some other improvements to Raisbeck Park, like a small stage and sound for future events like music in the park and movie nights.
